Once again, Seanaps Radiolab is an integral part of this year's 10th edition of Seanaps Festival.
Under the title Zählzeiten, the radio program accompanies the festival with artist talks and walks, and opens a space for live performances, readings, concerts, and a variety of audio works resulting from an open call among local and international artists.
Broadcasting live from the premises of Luru Kino from Friday through Sunday, 12pm to 5pm, the radio can be streamed online on Sphere Radio. In addition, it is also relayed by artistic and independent radio stations such as Radio Blau (Leipzig), Radio T (Chemnitz), Radio Corax (Halle) Cashmere Radio (Berlin) and Studio Néau (Eupen).

Audio Essay
A Belliphonic Archive – Fragments from Four Years of Listening to Ukraine
Leon Seidel and Elza Gubanova reflect on fragments of their shared artistic and research-based engagement with the sonic dimension of the war against Ukraine since 2022. "A Belliphonic Archive" takes as its starting point a sound archive that has been developed since 2022 through annual open calls for audio recordings from Ukraine. Bringing together different voices, recordings, and temporal layers, the audio essay develops a critical engagement with the question of how audio recordings from the context of war can be collected, archived, mediated, and represented.

by Maximilian Glass
Open radio studio
Come by and listen on spot at our radio studio in Luru Kino
Voices count, breathe and sustain tones while receiving, filtering and transmitting vibrations. Mechanical and organic rhythms overlap, revealing time not as a fixed measure, but as movement between resonating bodies. In the live composition, a choir encounters prepared loudspeakers, feedback and the space of transmission.
The work was created during a stay in Casaprota, Italy, in collaboration with Coro Detto Lungo, Alex Mendizabal, and Ibon RG.
Maximilian Glass is an artist and composer-performer whose practice moves between sculpture, installation, and experimental music. Through responsive materials, kinetic objects, and electroacoustic systems, he creates environments in which sound, movement, and space continuously shape one another.

Radio Performance
Through the underworld, quietly
Nino Dava
The radio performance collects underground and underwater recordings from forests, train stations and fermenting food in Georgia and Germany. Some changes are imprinted through the underworld, quietly.
Georgia-born, Berlin-based sound artist, performer, and researcher Nino Dava is exploring the polarities between harsh noise and microsounds. Her performance practice lies at the intersection of feedback systems, Georgian folk music, noise, field recording, and accordion amplification, while her theoretical research explores the complexities of Soviet influence on Georgian culture, polyphony, and pre-Christian community structures. Dava is co-founder of “Plazm” - Platform for experimental music, movement and performance in Tbilisi; and an author, host and contributor in Mutant Radio Tbilisi with the spoken word show City Kidz.

L’Amicale du Grand Hôtel Abgrund
Somewhere in the lobby of the Grand Hôtel Abgrund a table waits. A place where musicians meet to listen, respond and let sounds unfold. L’Amicale du Grand Hôtel Abgrund hosts ephemeral encounters that oscillate between concert, conversation, and collective improvisation.
