A journey through sound to find the non-verbal state of mind.
Rumor is a metaphorical and practical collective exploration based on Active Listening, a deep, creative and participatory way of listening to the outer and inner world, to get to know them better. Through the ear we connect with magical thinking and poetic gesture that emerges from the unconscious, tools with a high transformative potential that can stimulate the development of other imaginaries. Through listening, with the help of artistic artifacts, walking or standing in one place, we relate to the territory in a reflexive and critical way. We seek silence as a symbolic and political action.
No special skills required. Open to all ages. Please bring paper, pen, pencil or tools to draw and a sound object of your choice.

»What if all that was left of us was sound?«
- Ceola Tunstal
A sonorous portrait of the Ricote Valley.
The vast nature of a wadi intervened by the electric sounds caused by the shadows. The folklore whispered to the almond trees under the dim winter light. The texture of the trees amplified by golden haloes. Bird callers circled by living statues set in the moat of a rock circus. The silence. More silence. Mages and Druids make the call by shaking the waves in the sunset. The noise of the machines: the rite of the night begins, the distorted song of the electron. Smells of unearthed stone. The mountain moves. At dawn, we see the water running and the boxes are filled with lemons.
From listening to sound action: for three years, a school of experimentation generates a didactic proposal around which a series of artistic practices are developed that transform the way of perceiving and relating to the environment of the people involved in the project.
